How was the service?

It is an excellent hotel and very good service, they help you solve everything you need

How high is the hotel?

About 15 feet above sea level. Don't worry about flooding during the high rain season. It's a very good and valid question as we are now in hurricane season!

All you have to do is call the hotel and they will transfer you to the right deparyment or handle the situation and find you a solution...they are really good in those siituations

Does your hotel offer free shuttle service to and from the airport?

No they do not.

Summer is cheapest. It is a lovely hotel with incredible views and pools
